    Meditation Drawing 4.48 Engage

    When we engage with what we love to do, we make ourselves feel wonderful.

    Those who engage in conversation with us feel the effects of our happiness.

    Those who engage in business with us experience the full effects of our commitment.

    We uplift all those with whom we come in contact.

    This has a ripple effect in our community.

    It is important to know our priorities.

    It is important to make sure that we take care of those first.

    We relieve our stresses.

    We are comfortable with the requirements for our day.

    We feel balanced and whole.

    We can offer a calm point of view.

    We are gracious and courteous.

    We are not in a hurry.

    We can encourage others in our community to engage in the highest work of which they are capable.

    It is good to always listen within to discern our highest work.

    Community engagement on this basis is uplifting to everyone.

    We feel authentic.

    We do excellent work.

    We cultivate uplifting relationships throughout the community.

    We discern what needs to be done and we join together to do it well.

    We involve others in ways which engage them in community effort.

    We find a rhythm which fits all the activities together in an engaging way.

    We love working together.

    We love creating an optimum atmosphere.

    We love being engaged in living with well-being for all.

  • Create joy

     A Year Of Joy #34 – Create joy –

    Joy is part of our creativity.

    We create when we are in joy.

    We create to reestablish our joy.

    We create when we want to move ourselves deeply and systematically into joy.

    Joy is creative intention.

    We create joy for ourselves by moving in the direction of joy.

    We embrace what we love to do.

    We contribute joy to the community.

    We encourage joy in others.

    We help others find their path to joy.

    We live an intentionally joyful life.

    We take the tiny steps each day to reinforce our joy.

    We turn away from whatever is not joyful.

    We take steps to empower joy in our life and in the lives of others.

    We include joy for everyone.

    Joy is a divine provision.

    We find it when we look to the Divine.

    Joy permeates our life when we find it in the Divine.

    It turns up everywhere.

    We capture ideas for creativity in our daily walks.

    We experience creative flashes.

    We are moved into creativity when we see new combinations and possibilities with materials.

    We spontaneously create.

    Creating brings us into joy.

    We empower joy in our ife when we commit to creativity.

  • Peace and Newness

    Pebbles of Peace Pathway 4.45 – Peace and Newness –

    The newness of peace is wearing off and it has become a familiar arrival point.

    After learning how to find peace within, I now can return to it more and more readily.

    My new challenge is to see how quickly I can return to peace if I find myself disturbed in some way.

    Even the challenge causes me to pause and remove myself somewhat as I look for my route back to peace.

    I am grateful to discover new dimensions to peace.

    I did not know peace offered such a huge kingdom.

    I am so very grateful for the opportunities to expand it in my life.

    Love Note 1.33 – My life has meaning  and happiness

    I am living a new life of meaning and happiness.

    Being obedient and disciplined gave me a certain kind of life.

    Listening for what I love to do has brought me a different kind of life.

    I am in accord with my purpose and I express it through what I love to do.

    I connect with the most appropriate resources.

    I create in an uplifting and inspired atmosphere.

    My work is enjoyed and respected.

    I can trust the flow of inspiration which comes to me so abundantly.

    It takes shape and is manifested in a form which benefits those who are prepared to receive it.

    I always have what I need in the way of abundant expression and acknowledgement.

    I know I am serving a good and uplifting purpose.

    I have taken the steps to be sure I am on secure ground by being guided from within consistently.

    I know I can trust this Guidance.

    I know that it takes shape in the most appropriate form to sustain me.

    That is the meaning of my life and the Source of my happiness.

    Meditation Drawing 4.47 Resources –

    You have resources from within which will never run out.

    When you learn to listen inwardly, you open up your communion with the Infinite.

    Your consistent practice leads you to opportunities beyond your imagination.

    They begin with each tiny step you are Guided to take.

    You change your frequency as you progress.

    You move from possibility to manifestation.

    You draw on the vast resources available in the Universe Who Loves You.

    These range far beyond what you see in front of you.

    They show up in practical ways, which always require you to grow.

    That is the way the Inifnite insures your progress.

    You are never left where you began as you take your consistent tiny steps.

    Soon you become aware of a new foundation.

    You do not think of things the way you used to.

    You see from a higher view.

    Your greater standpoint builds on the new experiences you are having.

    You have surpassed limitations.

    You have conquered obstacles.

    This is your new ability.

    This gives you a stronger perspective.

    You become confident.

    You feel the flow of infinite resources each time you listen for a solution.

    You live a practical life based on the Infinite.

    You attract those who appreciate and recognize your work.

    You build a new community of like-minded people.

    The best part of your work is how the infinite resources show up in ways which create well-being for all.

  • Enable joy

     A Year Of Joy #33 – Enable joy

    We learn about being an enabler, usually in a negative context.

    We do not want to enable those who hurt us.

    We want to show up in ways which enable good.

    We do this by learning how to be good.

    In addition to being good, we learn how to surround ourselves with joy.

    Joy is so powerful that it repels anything unlike itself.

    We simply add more joy to our lives and it overpowers anything else.

    We start with a tiny bit of joy.

    We may remember a wonderful moment of being in Nature.

    We may have a goal which feels good to us.

    When we focus on the feeling of peace and wonder, it floods our being.

    It starts as a thought and infuses itself into our whole body and being.

    This is how we enable joy.

    It is a practice.

    We focus on the good and wonderful feeling over and over again.

    It presents a definite contrast to anything unlike it.

    That is how we separate ourselves and create a barrier of joy between us and anything else.

    We enable joy to fill us because we turn our attention to it.

    We repeatedly expand on the idea of joy.

    It takes up all our attention.

    Anything else is a pesky disturbance which we can turn away with our heartfelt joy.

    We simply step over it and continue on our joy-filled journey.

    We are filled with anticipation as we sense joy and experience it more fully.

    We become totally committed to joy.

    Joy becomes our life.

    It is a valuable transition to live our life through enabling joy.

  • Peace in the Light

    Pebbles of Peace 4.44 – Peace in the Light –

    I have such a deep sense of peace as I watch the different kinds of light around me.

    Leaves change color as they face the light and rustle with the breeze.

    There are dramatic changes in the light as a rainstorm builds up and darkens the sky.

    Then the light emerging through the clouds after it is gentle and diffused.

    Colors are stronger, the contrast greater in this light.

    The light above the trees when mist is rising gives a sense of calm and mystery.

    The rosy dawn light becomes sharper and more distinct as the sun rises higher in the sky.

    I watch the shadow line of the trees as it moves across the meadow and then all the way up the hill on its eastern edge.

    All these types of light illustrate to me the presence of different states of thought at different times of day.

    It is not just a mood.

    It is the presence of light in all kinds of ways, inspiration, guidance, a sudden insight, a slow dawning, a trickle, a shutting down and then revelation.

    And then, even at night, the starlight and the light of the moon.

    Always, in some way, light.
