    Love Note 1.32 – I love what I hear  when I listen within

    Learning to trust my intuition has been the most powerful element in my life.

    I have always received wonderful ideas to share.

    Now that I have appropriate venues in which to share them, I am even happier.

    I receive wonderful uplifting ideas when I listen within.

    I love the guidance which comes along with them.

    I love how gently and effectively I am moved along in the creation and manifestation of these ideas.

    They are a complete part of me, and we have a smooth and connected flow.

    The flow moves from inception to creation to sharing and appreciation.

    This new dance completes me.

    I can feel the support around me when I listen within.

    I can feel the draw towards where I need to be.

    I am willing to trust that feeling absolutely.

    I am finding response as I am willing to share my ideas more fully.

    What I hear within expands to embrace me without.

    I am in a good place each step of the way, every day of my life.

  • Coincide

    Meditation Drawing 4.46 Coincide

    We coincide with what we think about.

    Our focus is an attracting force.

    When we choose to uplift our focus, we draw good into our life.

    Just like any other practice, we can improve our fluency.

    Our uplifting focus allows the Universe to bring good into our life through what appears to be coincidence.

    “Out of the blue” something will come into our life, just as we have been thinking about it.

    We already have a dialog with the Universe, although we may not have known it.

    We can focus on this conversation to coincide with more of what we love to do.

    Resources are all around us and we bring them into focus as we redefine what we love to do.

    This replaces all the noise and confusion of the world around us.

    Giving ourselves permission to discover and to do what we love places us in line with different circumstances.

    We realize a series of coincidences which move us toward what we love.

    This is in contrast the to the struggles which required us to redefine what we want in our life.

    Instead of being swayed by our surroundings, we now define our life from the inside.

    This works during crisis and it works during peaceful times.

    In fact, the crisis causes us to focus on what we really want.

    It emphasizes what is not working and causes us to passionately define what we do want.

    We take drastic steps and then look around at our new surroundings.

    We choose how we prefer to live.

    We trust the Universe, and stand back as It delivers one coincidence after another which aligns with our desire.

    We can trust our Higher Self because it wants us to live well.

    It partners with the Universe to create those coincidences which effortlessly transform our life.

    We have laid our groundwork by choosing what to focus on.

    The Universe always delivers.

  • A joyous helper

     A Year Of Joy #32 – A joyous helper

    I am learning to be a joyous helper.

    Sometimes there are chores to be done which are not particularly fun.

    But they contribute to a clean and happy, harmonious home.

    So they can be done in joy.

    Every tiny step which has an uplifting result has the power of joy behind it.

    We are given all we need and it is our privilege to maintain it.

    We come into our inheritance of joy when we listen within for guidance.

    We are guided to take the steps which place us in good relationships.

    We are helped along our life-path in ways which we have no prior knowlege of.

    We are simply given the grace to move forward, and so that is our joy.

    In our time of great need, we have a habit of listening within.

    We have a track record of receiving and following our  Guidance.

    And so, we live in joy.

    We gain more and more certainty of place and purpose.

    We step into our responsibilities with a willing heart.

    We help others as they may have helped us.

    We help others as directed by the Infinite.

    The Universe Who Loves Us wants us to live in joy.

    It gives us the challenges and the ways to complete them.

    It builds our strength.

    It builds our endurance.

    It gives us the patience and abilities and skills to be joyous helpers.

    It leaves no stone unturned in Its’ unselfish and generous Guidance to be all we can be.

    We are the manifestation of a joyous Universe.

    We are joyous helpers in achieving the goal for goodness and joy in all places and for all people.

    We are joyous helpers and we inspire others to become joyous helpers.

  • Be Led by Trust

    Pebbles of Peace Pathway 4.43 – Be Led By Trust

    You can trust the direction you are being led when you go “within”.

    Everything that you need will be provided from the same Source.

    When you are dealing with your life’s purpose and mission, all the little things necessary to keep you comfortable as well as the things necessary to further your mission will all be provided.

    Everything is working together toward the same end.

    You are the one who perceives what you are here for.

    You are the one who listens and takes action when all is ready.

    You are the one who is at the center of your identity.

    Only you can tell when there is a match between who you are and what you are doing.

    You will be uncomfortable until you find that match.

    You may live your whole life without it, but it will be uncomfortable for you.

    On the soul level, you know who you are and you will not rest until you establish it in every facet of your life.

    Trust that fact and be led by it.

    Now that I am doing what I love to do, I am connecting with everything I need.

    I am respected for what I do.

    I have the materials I need.

    People love and support me.

    They recognize and appreciate the value of what I do.

    I am able to share my heart-felt ideas in beautiful ways.

    I receive supportive response as I share what I am doing.

    People are uplifted and inspired by my creations.

    They enjoy the feeling my creations give them.

    They like being around me and my ideas.

    They appreciate the originality I bring to my creations.

    I find appropriate venues to share my inspiration and creations.

    I am invited and welcomed.

    I am certain and confident.

    I stand on solid ground.

    I am accepted for who I am.

    I am valued for my contribution to society and civilization.

  • Living in joy

     A Year Of Joy #31 – Living in joy

    It is a privilege to live in joy.

    It is a complete contrast to the depression and darkness which enveloped me for so long.

    As I learned the simple power of “I love me”, I began to make room for good experiences.

    Tiny, simple steps moved me to replace my memories, and I discovered joy.

    Joy fills me up.

    I live in joy.

    Each day, I make more room for joy.

    I do what I love.

    I move from project to project with so much happiness.

    I remember to face forward in my life.

    I live in a Universe Who Loves Me.

    There is so much good in the Infinite.

    Right here, right now, in the present moment, we can take a breath of peace.

    That breath is our touchstone.

    The peace held in that moment is where we want to live all the time.

    Each deep breath brings in more peace.

    It brings in clarity.

    We can make right decisions for ourselves.

    We can move toward the peace.

    We can take tiny steps away from disturbance and confusion.

    There is a bright life waiting for us to connect with it.

    We connect to it through quiet, inner listening.

    We take our deep breath of peace to place ourselves in a listening attitude.

    We take our tiny steps toward joy.

    This is our certain path.
