    I feel as though I am living between two worlds.

    One is the world of my memories.

    The other is the world of spiritual perception.

    I am led to spiritual perception through inner listening.

    I sense what to do, rather than try to figure it out.

    It is my intuition.

    In this world of spiritual perception, there is kindness, compassion and understanding.

    There are solutions to each issue which benefit all parties.

    We are able to come together as we create well-being for all.

    There is enough for everyone and we give generously to one another.

    We receive, as well as give, without conditions.

    We uplift our communities through our perception of everyone as precious.

    We are all loved, cherished and adored.

    We value the qualities of integrity, honesty, imagination and innovation.

    We cultivate the skills which support the needed work in our community.

    We invite those with the skills we need to live in our community.

    Communication allows us to develop what is needed.

    Gardening, transportation, cottage industries of repair, baking, sewing are all provided locally.

    We encourage development of whatever is needed to be supplied super-locally.

    This is the way we embrace community.

    We support ourselves.  We are interdependent.

    We celebrate all those in our community by valuing what they bring through their uplifting character.

    Our spiritual perception is an attracting force.

    We carefully cultivate qualities of insight, respect, dignity, courtesy, sincerity, and we appreciate and recognize them throughout our community.

  • Acceptance of Joy

    A Year of Joy #9 – Acceptance of Joy

     There is joy all around us.

    It is in the Infinite Universe.

    It is part of what we are.

    We breathe in joy when we accept that it is a reality, a gift from the Universe Who Loves Us.

    It is something we can accept unconditionally.

    We bring it into our life by making room for it.

    We release our past view.

    We accept a new reality to make room for joy.

    Joy has a new feel.

    It is fresh.

    It is radiant.

    It is powerful.

    It crowds out anything unlike itself.

    It shines on everyone and fills them up.

    There is an innocence to joy.

    It is pure love.

    It fills the balance and overflows.

    It exists in the life and mind and body of everyone.

    It fills the soul.

    It permeates the atmosphere.

    It is a tangible taste.

    It is an embrace.

    We accept joy in all its forms.

    We move into unlimited joy.

    We expand our joy by letting it overflow into the lives of everyone.

    We accept its unlimited nature since it comes from the Infinite.

  • The antidote to poison

    A Healing Message #2 – The antidote to poison.

    I have witnessed healings of food poisoning, snake bite, hornet stings and a bite from an asp.

    In each case, practical action was taken along with spiritual support.

    Each time, the symptoms dissipated rapidly.

    Poisonous attitudes which surround us through news cycles can be dissipated rapidly as well.

    We can fill ourselves with our first deep breath toward inner peace.

    Despite all the intentional chaos and confusion, there is a deep peace which we can access from within.

    When we interrupt the feeling of dread and dismay, we stop the flow of fear.

    Each person who faces poisoning fear can dilute it with the reminder, through a deep breath, that here is a moment of clarity.

    Of course, there will be a solution, even if we do not know what it is yet.

    Of course, there is a new path to take which will bring us where we need to be, even if it is not the one we were following before.

    Of course, it will make demands on us.

    We are here to face challenges and to overcome them.

    This is what dilutes the poison.

    Our calm and listening attitude leads us to take the necessary steps.

    This precludes the trauma of toxic inaction or toxic reaction.

    Our opinion about the chaos is irrelevant.

    What is needed is clear thinking through a deep knowing of inner peace.

    Our intuition can rise to the forefront of our mind and we can take action.

    In the face of crisis or catastrophe, radical action may be required.

    Our inner listening guides us to take whatever steps are necessary.

    We gain courage through listening to our intuition and taking a radical approach.

    Yes, there can be disillusionment, disappointment and fear, but we can still move toward a solution.

    We can activate this antidote to poison through establishing our inner peace and action.

  • How do I know I am safe?

    Pebbles of Peace Pathways 4.20 – How do I know I am safe?

    A vague sense of unease was bothering me.

    My husband’s response was “Who says you aren’t?”

    Good question.

    I remembered that I am safe right here, right now, wherever I am.

    Establishing that for myself, over and over again, 

    whatever it takes, 

    helps me contribute a moment and a place of peace in this world

    where there is so much weight in the news on disruption.

    Whenever I feel that uneasiness about my safety, I can ask the question, “Who says so?”

    I can take control and reestablish my own peace and poise from within.

    That proves that the answer from outside is always a lie.

    I am living what is true for me.

  • I am full of abundant possibilities

    Love Note 1.9 – I am full of abundant  possibilities

    The opportunities are unlimited now that I am doing what I love.

    Ideas which inspire me are calling to me to express them.

    Gathering materials throughout my life has not been in vain.

    I am putting them together in beautiful and satisfying ways.

    I find myself expressing so much joy in creating beautiful things.

    I trust the decisions I make.

    I do not have to do things “correctly”.

    My creativity is its own authority.

    I am responsive to ideas which uplift and feel compelled to share them in creative ways.

    My inspiration comes from an unlimited Source.

    I am learning new skills to expand my outreach.

    I am finding support as I build a stable foundation for myself.

    I am feeling appreciation from within and from without.

    I am able to share uplifting ideas in many new ways.

    Others are responding to this sharing with their recognition and support.

    I love the flow of infinite ideas and how I am connecting into their unlimiting range.

  • Amazing Peace

    Meditation Drawing 4.22 – Amazing Peace

    In my innermost soul, I never imagined the kind of peace that was available through inner listening.

    It is always available and is waiting when we sit quietly and listen.

    This peace fills me up as I perceive an answer to whatever is on my mind.

    In times of crisis, or just as a daily habit, the peace comes.

    In it, there is clarity about what to do.

    I have learned to sit quietly for as long as it takes for me to quiet my noisy mind.

    I am so grateful to discover this gift of Resources.

    I can take my directed, guided tiny steps in peace.

    I am assured of new connections.

    I am assured of new, uplifting ideas.

    I am assured of wonderful, new opportunities.

    I am assured.

    I am poised.

    I open to new worlds.

    Everything that exists is not just what I see.

    What I see is only the tiniest portion of what exists in the Infinite.

    As I contemplate this idea, I am moved into the Infinite Field of possibilities.

    Here is where I connect with what I most love to do.

    Here is where I receive the answers to my needs.

    Everything I need is provided in this Infinite Field of unlimited possibilities.

    I bring myself back to a peaceful state over and over again so that I have calm access.

    Here is where I hear the messages which will take me, step by tiny step where I need to be.

    I learn to trust my intuition.

    I am living in a new way. 

    A sure way, where I am surely, certainly, being guided into well-being for all.

     A Year Of Joy #8 – Joyous

    A world full of joy.

    What a wonderful view.

    What a wonderful viewpoint.

    How do I see joy?

    How do I express joy?

    I live a joyous life of appreciation.

    I love the balance and harmony in the mechanism and structure of society.

    It is extraordinary to observe the creativity of life.

    Everyone is in on the game.

    We create conversations from words.

    We talk about ideas.

    We chart the progression of ideas into daily life.

    We chart the progression of ideas which move us from the past into the future.

    We stretch into the newness of ideas.

    We curl into the embrace of ideas.

    We play joyfully with unlimited and unlimiting ideas.

    We share them in an unlimited and unlimiting way with others.

    We always have access to the ideas which we need and which can uplift us and others.

    We can play in the Universe of ideas.

    Our tiny steps coincide with the Presence of the entire Universe.

    We have a perfect and harmonious adjustment into the Infinite.

    We  move ourselves there through a thought.

    We sustain ourselves by maintaining and expanding our thought.

    We become part of the joyous expression of the mechanism and structure of society.

    We see it expand to include everyone in a joyous manner.

    We are all part of the magnificence of Joy.
