     A Year Of Joy #31 – Living in joy

    It is a privilege to live in joy.

    It is a complete contrast to the depression and darkness which enveloped me for so long.

    As I learned the simple power of “I love me”, I began to make room for good experiences.

    Tiny, simple steps moved me to replace my memories, and I discovered joy.

    Joy fills me up.

    I live in joy.

    Each day, I make more room for joy.

    I do what I love.

    I move from project to project with so much happiness.

    I remember to face forward in my life.

    I live in a Universe Who Loves Me.

    There is so much good in the Infinite.

    Right here, right now, in the present moment, we can take a breath of peace.

    That breath is our touchstone.

    The peace held in that moment is where we want to live all the time.

    Each deep breath brings in more peace.

    It brings in clarity.

    We can make right decisions for ourselves.

    We can move toward the peace.

    We can take tiny steps away from disturbance and confusion.

    There is a bright life waiting for us to connect with it.

    We connect to it through quiet, inner listening.

    We take our deep breath of peace to place ourselves in a listening attitude.

    We take our tiny steps toward joy.

    This is our certain path.

  • Designate

    Meditation Drawing 4.45 Designate –

    We deignate the status of our thoughts when we decide which direction to go.

    We specify how we intend to act.

    We indicate what is important to us.

    We make known our character.

    Everything we do rests on this designation.

    We are at one with our character and actions.

    We define the character of our day through our integrity.

    We define those who interact with us.

    We are secure as we name and define what belongs in the atmosphere around us.

    We lead through what we designate.

    Our authority draws to us what is best for us.

    We leave room only for the highest expression all around us.

    We purify and replace any lesser expression.

    By designating what is allowed, we create a good fit.

    Our clear definition is a message.

    It is a requirement.

    We name what we expect.

    We mark out clearly what is permitted.

    From the beginning, our clarity is evident.

    We designate our space as a pure zone.

    We designate reflection on uplifting topics.

    We designate inclusive action.

    We describe everyone in our community as worthy.

    We define the work as cooperative.

    We designate well-being for all.

  • Agitation is Not Helpful

    Pebbles of Peace Pathway 4.42 – Agitation is Not Helpful

    Even though the resources I was given helped me make progress, I rarely included a sense of peace.

    I have recently discovered that in order to move forward, agitation is not helpful.

    I can move forward from inspiration and peace.

    I can receive inspiration when I go to the quiet place “within”.

    I can bring myself back into a peaceful sense more and more rapidly.

    When I feel disturbed or agitated, I now know those are habits, not choices.

    I am choosing what I want when I choose peace.

    I am building new habits.

    It gives a remarkable sense of happiness to be able to do this.

  • The world is ready for my wonderful ideas.

    Love Note 1.30 – The world is ready  for my wonderful ideas

    I am so grateful to discover what I love to do.

    It connects me with who I am and gives me inner peace.

    It also connects me with those who appreciate and love what I do.

    I have found support for my ideas and the way I express them.

    I receive wonderful guidance for every step.

    Appropriate venues open up.

    Local appreciation lets me know that I am visible.

    Authentic responses tell me I am meeting a need.

    I am so grateful for this evidence of acknowledgement.

    Now I know that when I receive an idea, there is a place for it.

    I know that my ideas are making a genuine contribution.

    I love getting a good response to my ideas.

    I love that I can uplift and inspire those in my community.

    My new life structure includes receptivity on the part of those around me.

     I have an authentic place in my community and in the world through my authentic and original ideas.

  • Grace

    Meditation Drawing 4.44 Grace

    We live our life with its everyday circumstances as we do the very best we can.

    The challenges we face are formidable as we try to navigate our way through them.

    Often, we have to go beyond what we can see, beyond what we know.

    In our extremity and desperation we reach out to our Higher Self.

    We listen within to receive Guidance.

    This Guidance is called Grace and it is the gift of the Universe Who Loves Us.

    We receive it unconditionally and without limitations.

    It is available in any direction and it is immediate.

    It is accessible everywhere through our quiet, focused listening.

    We are humbled by its magnitude.

    Everyone is uplifted.

    We are placed where we need to be in safety and wholeness.

    We are given our task to do in quietness.

    We recognize our part to play in the vastness of Life.

    Each one is prepared as we are.

    We take our tiny step as do others.

    The foundation is laid through Grace.

    Each moment of Grace adds to the structure.

    We witness a new community unfolding through Grace.

    There is no conflict, no fear, no competition.

    No one is left out.

    We are harmonious in our expression of Grace.

    We are unanimous in our expression of Grace.

    We all receive the blessing of well-being throughout our community.

    We are living in a new world.

  • Joy and delight

     A Year Of Joy #30 – Joy and delight

    I live in joy and delight as it is manifested from within.

    The light from within gently works itself to the surface and begins to infuse itself into the atmosphere around me.

    I am so grateful to quietly devote myself to listening for my guidance.

    It always brings me certainty and joy.

    I no longer doubt myself.

    With Guidance from within, I take the right steps in a timely manner.

    Delightful connections follow.

    Resources show up.

    I am perfectly aligned between love, intention and action.

    I am grateful and blessed.

    My joy and deight overflow, and others around me feel it.

    It inspires them.

    They look up with expectancy and feel the joy and delight envelop them.

    It is such a privilege to discover the Source for all that is good.

    It is because my life was not working that I began my search.

    It was rigorous work.

    Because I had to completely reroute the way I thought, the work was slow and thorough.

    Just like learning to play a musical instrument well, it required thousands of tiny repetitions done consistently over a long period of time.

    I did discover joy for myself.

    I found the spark of light and just clung to it and kept following it.

    It got bigger.

    It embraced me.

    I  became part of it.

    Today I share my inspiration and the peace I have gained.

    I could not be more full of joy and  delight.

  • Transcend Criticism

    Pebbles of Peace Pathways 4.41 – Transcend Criticism

    There is a place of peace that transcends criticism.

    When I found there was nothing I could do to get rid of criticism, I was forced to simply transcend it.

    I have discovered the deep “within” of my identity.

    Now, when faced with the destructive habit of criticism, I go deep “within”.

    I have learned to trust the self that I find there.

    So I love, here.

    I love me, I love me, I love me.

    I let the love I now have for myself overflow.

    I feel it so strongly and so deeply.

    And then, I just shine.

    And that is how I go beyond replacing criticism.

    I just shine.

    I transcend it.

    Love Note 1.29 –

    The thoughts that  shape my Universe come from within

    I am so glad to learn how to embrace the thoughts which bring me happiness.

    This practice is reshaping my world.

    It makes me happy to do what I love, so as I continue to nurture that feeling, more of what I love to do comes into my life.

    I love following through on original creative ideas in many different ways.

    That feeling brings materials and designs to me in ways in which I can express wonderful ideas.

    I love stimulating and uplifting conversation.

    That feeling brings compassionate and engaged people into my life.

    I am so grateful to find healing solutions.

    That feeling brings good community organizations with effective practices into my life.

    While I was preoccupied with negative feelings from the past, I struggled to keep my equilibrium.

    Now, I find my balance every time I bring myself back to what I love to do.

    This central theme is the most powerful organizer in my life.

    I am happy with the way that is shaping my Universe.
