    Free your energy for upliftment.

    The more you focus on possibilities the more you free your energy to pursue them.

    As you listen within, one will stand out to you.

    The consistent possibility will continue to present itself to you until you pay attention to it.

    Then you are ready to take your first tiny step of upliftment.

    Since the Universe is in charge of this process, you do not have to figure it out.

    Your job is to listen, receive and to take tiny steps.

    You are part of an immense network of uplifting energy.

    Everyone who is participating is helping to create a different kind of world.

    There are always solutions to problems whether they are being implemented or not.

    As you free your energy, you become part of the implementation team.

    Your tiny steps co-ordinate with many thousands and millions of others.

    We all move closer and closer to each other through our uplifting action until no one is left out.

    The goal of well-being for all is achievable through this consistent action.

    As we each address what is important to us and give it our attention, we create something new.

    Our newness has its own uplifting energy and draws those who will most benefit to it.

    Our unselfish concern for well-being for all draws on a different kind of energy.

    It is infnite energy and this energy accomplishes things differently.

    This energy is effective, active inspiration. Its’ manifestation is very powerful.

    It rolls back the limitations we have all grown up with.

    We simply tune into the Universe Who Loves Us All to connect.

    Uplfiting energy is present all around us.

    It is so exciting and fun to listen within and take our tiny steps.

    The connections which are being revealed are so inclusive.

  • The Presence Purifies

    Healing Messages 1.96 – The Presence Purifies

    We can purify ourselves as we move into the Presence of the Divine.

    We release thoughts of anger, despair, disappointment.

    We gain a new trust in the power of a spiritual attitude.

    We commune with the Infinite through inner listening.

    This is an individual, personal experience.

    It is our pure communion in the peace of our heart.

    Our interest moves us to take our first deep breath and to sit in stillness as we listen.

    Our practice of deep breaths and listening creates an opening for the Divine to send us a message.

    My messages come in the form of an impulse.

    I am impelled to go deeper as I sit quietly.

    I feel the deep peace permeate my mind, heart, soul and body.

    I relax into the feeling of trust and calm.

    I feel safe and secure.

    I am guided to take the tiny steps of self-expression in order to honor my relationship to the Divine.

    I am acting in a space of divine Grace.

    I desire to maintain this feeling and this peace.

    I continue to listen within and to take my tiny steps of aciton.

    This builds a new foundation for me.

    My life takes on a new direction.

    I move seamlessly into it the more I listen and take my tiny steps.

    I notice my progress through my greater peace.

    My body calms down.

    There is less to disturb me.

    I have made my priority peace through inner listening and that is how I am rewarded.

  • Releasing limitations

    Healing Messages 1.95 – Releasing limitations

    We seem to be limited by our personality, our surroundings, our friends, our education.

    There are so many factors, it feels impossible to make a change.

    There is a way to release ourselves from the memories, experiences and opinions which limit us.

    Our inner listening ability is the key.

    When we have a desire for a happier way to live, this idea comes from the Divine.

    It is a natural tendency, and the Universe does not disappoint.

    It supplies us with the ideas and tiny steps of action which we can take to achieve our desires.

    It does this by aligning us with our Highest Self and the desires associated with It.

    We find ourselves in the surprising position of moving toward our desires and then having them elevated.

    We are able to conceive of well-being for all and work toward it.

    We feel directed to learn the new skills to fullfill our desires.

    We find joy in an expanded sense of service.

    We receive on an infinite scale because we are expressing the qualities of the Infinite.

    Our tiny steps of service continually unlock doors for us.

    We connect with new fulfilling adventures in a timely way.

    Everything we need comes to us in its most elevated and useful form.

    We are empowered to give more and more through our rich overflow of actively manifesting ideas.

    We become willing to take the tiniest step to indicate our active listening attitude.

    We are an example of consistent calm motion.

    We are always active in expressing our Higher Nature.

    We leave our memories behind and replace them with current active happiness.

    We release our opinions and move only as directed by the Divine.

    We create new, uplifting experiences for ourselves as we live without limitations.

  • Order in my Soul

    Healing Messages 1.94 – Order in my Soul

    There is order in my Soul.

    I am so grateful to feel the peace of divine commitment.

    I did not know to search for this, only that I needed to fix my life.

    My search, through journalling, allowed me to receive increasingly uplifting messages.

    I was able to leave the depression and anxiety of the past.

    I was able to release painful memories and create new, uplifting experiences.

    These continue to draw more and more happiness to me.

    I have wonderful friendships and I live in beautiful surroundings.

    I have a life of satisfaction and fulfilling purpose.

    My work continues to expand and thrill and amaze me.

    This is not a self-directed path.

    My desire for more has connected me with my Infinite Source.

    It has refined my taste in what is good.

    It has connected me to the possibility of well-being for all.

    There is no more agitation within me.

    My body is more harmonious.

    I am grateful to contribute to the peace around me.

    I am careful to be aware and grateful.

    My peaceful expectation brings more ideas for joyous execution to me.

    I am grateful to learn what I need in order to express them.

    This continually opens new horizons for me.

    There is an orderly excitement to how this unfolds itself for me.

    Always, there is more to share.

    The Universe does not limit us.

    We are here to express jubilantly with deep peace and order in our Soul.

  • I am building a community as I commune within.

    Healing Messages 1.93 – I am building a community as I commune within.

    It is exciting to discover one’s purpose.

    I have become committed to building a community.

    I love sharing the ideas which come to me and having others respond.

    It is so wonderful to discover the practicality of spiritual commitment through inner listening.

    Practical and uplifting connections occur.

    The right thing happens at the right time.

    Life expands through sharing enjoyment.

    The feeling of well-being for all increases.

    Previous limitations are left behind.

    New records for sharing are established.

    Everyone is so inspired and is able to look outward.

    Our inner peace gives us this perspective.

    Our feeling of safety and security expands as we include more people in well-being.

    Without their fear, they are able to expand their creativity for expression.

    Problems dissolve as well-being for all motivates us.

    We bring all our energy to quick, deep, effective solutions.

    Drawing on our infinite Resources always meets the need.

    Better methods occur through greater inclusion.

    There is a bigger pool of ideas which are individualized and manifested.

    We each feel a commitment as we see our community grow stronger.

    We enjoy each other’s company and conversation more and more.

    We continue to receive as we utilize what we have been given.

    Sharing generously increases the flow of ideas and manifestation.

    Well-being for all creates room for so many uplifting ideas.

    The Universe loves to see Itself manifested in universal community.

    Let us all uplift.

    Let us say and feel the power behind light.

    Let us share the peace we feel from within.

    Let us send it out to everyone we know and to everyone we do not know.

    The undying permanent qualities of life are always being lived.

    The kindness, the generosity, the presence, the beauty, the appreciation.

    They come from an infinite Source.

    We tap into them when we express them.

    Let us add more and more light to the world around us.

    Let us celebrate those who live in light wherever we see them.

    Let us add light to those who struggle to see it.

    Our giving heart opens out a way for the Infinite to be expressed.

    We immerse ourselves in light and let it overflow.

    We surround everyone with light.

    We let the Light do It’s work.

    We let Light embrace and warm those who need it most.

    We act in Light through our practical daily giving.

    We act in Light through our griefs and our celebration of life.

    We immerse ourselves in the mercy and beauty of expression.

    Let all we say and do give tribute to Light.

    Peace is there and is released and is unlimited.

    Beauty is there and is released and is unlimited.

    Life is there and is released and is unlimited.

    Let us love all those we know and those we do not know.

    We have a common expression through Light.

    Healing Messages 1.91 – The Portal to the Divine Dimension

    When you walk through the portal to the Divine Dimension, all you can take with you is your Higher Nature.

    As you practice the uplifting qualities of your Higher Nature, you create the portal.

    Every time you are kind, generous, forgiving, unselfish, non-judgmental, you are practicing your Higher Nature.

    It definitely takes you different places than selfishness and judgement do.

    You see it in your everyday life.

    You begin to attract the experiences which allow you to practice the qualities of your Higher Nature.

    You are able to contribute to your community in new ways.

    You are seen and respected in new ways.

    You repel those who are not comfortable with the way you live your life.

    You are an example for those who want to live a more uplifting and uplifted life.

    We can all take notice of what makes us feel uplifted.

    We can become skillful at practicing uplifting qualities.

    Skills which create excellence attract a consistent clientele.

    Trustworthiness in business uplifts the atmosphere around you.

    And as you release what you do not desire about yourself, you find more opportunities to be what you desire to be.

    And if those things are uplifting to others, they are encouraged to practice them, too.

    Consciously expressing the qualities of your Higher Nature leads you to opportunities for good.

    You cannot plan for them in advance.

    The path is created through your practice.

    Your desire to live an uplifting life is a kind of calling.

    You learn more through listening within and taking the tiny steps of action which come to you.

    This allows you to release anything which would hold you back.

    You are now living in the Divine Dimension.

  • The Invigorating Life

    Healing Messages 1.90 – The Invigorating Life

    Your creative life invigorates you.

    When you take the tiny steps to implement your creativity, you are responding to the creative life-force of the Universe.

    The ideas which come to you indicate your creative energy.

    You honor the Universe when you take action to bring them forth.

    You celebrate the ingenuity and individuality of the Universe.

    The ideas which you receive from the Universe are the gifts which get you out of limitations in your life.

    Loving and nurturing the ideas is the way you dissolve any obstacle to their expression in your life.

    The combination of ideas over obstacles adds to your creative strength.

    There is a constant invitation from the Universe for you to partake of its generosity.

    When you do, you create more substance in your life.

    It becomes uplifting.

    It is formidable work to be creative.

    It may involve dissolving psychological blocks, facing the childhood fears which kept you in line, risking the disapproval and misunderstanding of people around you.

    The weight of inaction is cancelled each time you take a tiny step.

    Can you love yourself enough to do that?

    Each time you say “yes”, you disempower “no”.

    When you say “yes”, even though it is scary, you create room for the next “yes”.

    You build up your confidence as you take each tiny step.

    You see tangible results from your action.

    You gain experience by expressing your divine gifts.

    You add to the weight of good in your community.

    Trusting your ability to receive your gifts and act on them is invigorating.

    Do the vigorous work and say “yes”.

  • Receiving the best spiritual education

    Healing Messages 1.89 – Receiving the best spiritual education

    I am so grateful for my introduction to a spiritual vocabulary when I was very young.

    I have grown up with words like infinite, divine, harmonious, eternal, and divine intelligence.

    I appreciated the spiritual lessons of the Bible stories.

    I learned to trust the qualities of character in the Ten Commandments.

    Later, I found that the Book of Virtues by William Bennet, came from a distillation of wisdom from many different religions and philosophies.

    I love that they are universal.

    It tells me what we all have in common.

    We can all practice uplifting qualities of character in our everyday interactions with each other.

    At one point, I decided to practice the qualities I wished to attract.

    I made a list of 200 qualities of character, and began to think about them.

    I became more conscious of how much I judged other people, so I started appreciating them instead.

    I started to think of us all as precious and beautiful.

    I looked up dictionary definitions and wrote them down in my journal.

    I became more and more focused on what I was expressing rather than what was coming in to me.

    Of course, what was coming in to me changed also.

    I became more creative in my teaching profession.

    This led me to open up my own Studio where I was appreciated and sought out.

    When I went through a long emotional crisis as repressed memories surfaced, I studied more rigorously.

    I wanted to be able to express my Highest Nature, not be dragged down.

    I journaled my way to freedom tiny step by tiny step.

    I created “meditation drawings” to calm my panic attacks.

    My writing and art became my spiritual path to freedom.

    I am a grateful living witness to the success of this path.

  • Following the highest inclinations of character

    Healing Messages 1.88 – Following the highest inclinations of character

    Character is the accumulation of ideas and action.

    How we act and why determines our character.

    Each time we note how we are acting, we can observe the thought behind it.

    Are we acting from fear?

    Are we acting from gratitude?

    Each one defines our character.

    We can choose the direction we prefer.

    We can make a concsious effort to live in accord with our highest ideals.

    We can see what kind of action attracts us.

    Do we feel drawn into service through community organizations?

    Do we contribute in ways which are more personal on a private basis?

    Whatever motivates us defines our character.

    We can see the effects of this action in our communities.

    Who is thriving in our community?

    Is everyone?

    As we consider the idea of well-being for all, we may see a need we can fulfill.

    We may create a small private social business, a business which solves a social problem.

    It is self-sustaining through the service which it offers.

    It uplifts some aspect of our community.

    As more and more of us do this, we transform our communities.

    We remove some of the fears of people who live here.

    As we create more uplifting spaces and services, the whole community benefits.

    We are drawn to offer a particular service to those who will most benefit.

    Our high inclination of character drives our purpose and we connect with every resource to bring it about.
