  • Morality

    Meditation Drawing 4.43 Morality

    The morality which comes from within is not an imposed standard of values or behaviors.

    Morality is the active conviction that good is best.

    Good behavior, good standards, good quality.

    It is always appropriate to do what is uplifting.

    It is always right to be encouraging and non-judgemental.

    It is always important to see everyone as worthy and to work for conditions which support that view.

    Good business practices are moral.

    Ethical behavior sets a standard of integrity.

    It is right and proper to be courteous.

    We are here to add to the dignity and self-respect of each one of us.

    We act from this principle universally.

    It engages us on a high level.

    We feel the power of giving to everyone what we want for ourselves.

    This form of self-compassion motivates us to find solutions which benefit everyone in the community.

    Because we all have gifts, talents and skills which contribute to happiness and a high standard of living, we want everyone to be included.

    We expand our view every time we increase our compassion.

    We learn something new, we develop a new respect for something we did not know before.

    Our universal code of conduct has a powerful, uplifting effect on everyone in society because we see them in their original state of unlimited goodness and possibility.

    This powerful sense of uplifting character breaks through limitations, creates innovative use of resources and establishes cooperation.

    Our intention is to recognize these strengths in each one of us and to cultivate them until they replace any lesser view.

    This is true morality.

  •  Informed joy

     A Year Of Joy #29 – Informed joy

    What am I telling myself about joy?

    How am I informing myself?

    Am I telling myself that it is mine or that it only belongs to other people?

    What is the outcome of my thoughts about joy?

    I choose to place joy in my life right here, right now.

    I can think of joy and express it in this moment.

    I am in a place where I can infuse joy into my day.

    I start by infusing it into my mind.

    When the thought of joy overflows, I see it in around me in my life.

    It even overflows into the lives of those around me.

    Sometimes people block the flow of joy into their life.

    I know, because I have done it.

    But now I embrace joy.

    I inform myself of the possibilities available to me with a joyful attitude.

    Then I find ways to be joyful.

    I start with something beautiful that is beyond my control.

    I look at the sky.

    There are no limitations to the sky even on a cloudy day.

    There is all that sky beyond the clouds.

    I think of joy.

    There is limitless joy in the world.

    I see it in beautiful embroideries.

    I see it in kindness to a child.

    I see it in harmonious work flow.

    I see it inspiring paintings.

    I cherish the joyful feelings I receive from all these things.

    I find the informative.

    I can find ways to inform myself about more and more joy in the world.

    I can enjoy the information.

  • Stability

    Pebbles of Peace Pathway 4.40 – Stability –

    The stabilizing factor is the peace within.

    With this peace, I always have what I need.

    I am centered in giving.

    I am centered in my view that everyone is precious.

    I am centered in my view of spiritual identity.

    I am convinced that the work is discovering a different way to peace.

    It is from within.

    It is unlimited.

    Let’s all invest ourselves with this kind of peace, invest ourselves in peace-giving.

    There are always those who feel it.

    It adds to their day.

    When we take a little of the tension out of our day, it conveys itself to others.

    It stabilizes us and adds to the stability of those within range of our thought.

    It dilutes the aggressive atmosphere of the media when we find ourselves getting caught up in it.

    Being unmoved, but moving in the right direction requires stability.

    The stability starts within.

    It’s my way of adding to the peace.

  • Every minute of my day, I love me.

    Love Note 1.28

     – Every minute of  my day, I love me

    I have discovered the importance of loving myself.

    It is not something I experienced as a child, and so I thought obedience and discipline were sufficient.

    However, the larger the gap became between doing what I was trained to do and doing what I love, the more unbearable it was.

    The strain created both physical and emotional health problems.

    After I was forced to address this great distance, I began to perceive the importance of discovering who I am and what my purpose is.

    It is a wonderful miracle to me to discover my identity and what I love to do.

    Now, I love me and what I do.

    I appreciate every minute of my day.

    I love creating beautiful things.

    I love living in congenial and beautiful surroundings.

    I love being able to explore the optimum way for me to live and to express my ideas.

    I have been given an individuality for the purpose of expressing it.

    As I receive uplifting ideas and share them, it uplifts my community.

    I am delighted to gravitate toward a more perfect expression and surroundings.

    This is how I love myself and appreciate my gifts.

    I love becoming whole and having something worthwhile to share.

  • Understand

    Meditation Drawing 4.42 Understand –

    Understand that you are loved.

    Understand that the Universe that created us loves us.

    We are supplied with everything we need at exactly the right time.

    We learn to look within for whatever we need.

    This honors our communion with the Universe.

    We understand that this is how we receive the ideas which uplift us and others.

    We understand that it is our duty and privilege to take the tiny steps we sense within this communion.

    We understand that this is the way our new foundation is built.

    Each project is completed through the many tiny steps we are directed to take.

    Our community understands this when an uplifting project is taken on for the benefit of all.

    We understand that our common harmonious base is in Spirit.

    We understand that we receive Intelligent Guidance from Spirit.

    We understand that nothing is impossible with Spirit as our Guide.

    We are willing to undertake whatever is necessary to express and share this.

    We understand the power of listening within to take directed action.

    We understand that this taps us into infinite Power.

    We are always connected with effective action backed by Infinite Power.

    Understand that we are part of a whole, harmonious existence.

    Everyone and everything that we know is part of this wholeness and harmony.

    Everywhere, everyone and everything is blessed and uplifted to live in the harmonious design of the Universe.

    There is a joy and freedom to know this.

    It is wonderful to discover all the connections and benefits of living in this concious awareness.

    We are empowered to give aid and encouragement without measure, and we are gifted resources to share without limitation.

    Understand that this is the birthright of everyone living in this Universe.

  • Joy without delay

    A Year Of Joy #28 – Joy without delay –

    In any minute, I can think of something joyful.

    It can be a memory.

    It can be something I anticipate.

    It can be the present moment.

    Joy is always a thought away.

    That means that joy is right now.

    Joy is right in front of me.

    I can surround myself with joy in the instant of that thought.

    I have joy within me when I remember something I love to do.

    I create joy in the present moment by doing what I love to do.

    I anticipate providing joy for others by doing what I love to do.

    My life is all about joy.

    Joy is right now.

    It depends on me.

    I embrace that fact.

    I am in charge of my joy.

    It is happening right now, even as I consider having joy.

    I am being joyful in the moment that I realize this.

    Joy exists for me.

    It is something I desire and therefore it is something that I have.

    It depends of how I look at things.

    I can put my joy in someone else’s hands or in faraway plans.

    Or I can put joy in my own hands and plan to have it right now.

    I can release blame and forgive myself and move into the present moment.

    That is a joyful power.
