  • I love the calm I can generate for myself

    Messages and Affirmations 2.11 – I love the calm I can generate for myself.

    Even in the midst of chaos and confusion, or its opposite, apathy and depression, I can generate calm for myself.

    This is a learned practice through listening within.

    Beneath all the busy speculation and distraction is a continuous peace.

    It is uninterrupted and uninterruptible.

    It is Source energy.

    There is no confusion or depression in Source.

    It is uplifting the moment I make contact with It.

    Source waits for me to remember that It is here.

    I do my part by listening within.

    Then, with relief, I receive the reassurance that I am in my right place and in my right mind.

    I have a purpose, I have a tiny step I can take.

    I am here to take one tiny step after another to build on a foundation of calm.

    It is working as I emerge from the confusion and chaos and it is felt as I share the inspiration and peace which comes to me.

    I am heartened and encouraged by the new realities I see around me as people solve society’s problems.

    Enough is happening in enough places that it is apparent that good has a lot of power.

    There is lots more work to be done to create well-being for all, but there is a lot that is going on in this direction.

    I take my deep breath.

    I look around my Studio to see what next steps I can take on various projects.

    I feel safe, secure against the mental and emotional disruption of the news cycles.

    I have always heard and responded to Guidance when there was any kind of a problem.

    It is my habit to draw on Resources beyond my own knowledge.

    The Universe never fails me.

    It is here for all of us as we listen for the calm connection within.

  • Give joy

     A Year Of Joy #49 – Give joy

    You have an uptapped infinite treasure which is your legacy and your inheritance.

    It does not come from investments.

    It does not come from savings.

    It does not come from withholding and being careful about your spending.

    This infinite treasure is your joy.

    It attracts to you what you need to express it.

    If you need an idea, it comes to you through joy.

    If you need transportation, it comes to you through joy.

    If you need sincere friendships, they come to you through joy.

    The wonderful thing about joy, is that once you start the flow, it keeps coming.

    Joy overflows from your life into the lives most closely connected to yours.

    It overflows into people in stores and on the street.

    It overflows into the traffic in your city.

    Give joy at every opportunity.

    Hold doors for people.

    Help run errands.

    Set up a food bank.

    Connect with other joyous people to create projects for improvement in your community.

    Start with those who need it most.

    You will tap into amazing unused skills.

    Help cultivate them.

    See the joy pile up into community projects.

    Keep the joy flowing through the next project and the next until no one is left out.

    Hope will be renewed and fulfillment and satisfaction will be established.

    Joy will reverberate back and forth across every part of your community.

    Start the flow.

  • Outward and Upward

    Pebbles of Peace – Word Walls 5.8 – Outward and Upward

    What is the act that will lead outward?

    What is the act that will lead upward?

    What is the spontaneous act that will convert the world?

    We are looking for caring, giving, sharing, compassion, kindness.

    We are practicing self-centeredness, protection, and building walls.

    When will we see we are all loved, cherished and adored?

    That it does not depend on the things that walls are made of.

    Differences bring us together, invigorate us, expand our empathy.

    Needing less, we can share more.

    Forgetting self-justification, we can act with certainty and understanding.

    Can we restore ourselves to higher ground?

    Can we include everyone?

  • Willing to go the distance.

    Love Note 1.49 – Willing to go the  distance.

    When we are willing to go the distance, we are willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish our goal.

    We listen within for Guidance and we take the required action.

    Our life must be centered around something which is really important and significant to us in order to make it worthwhile.

    The individuality which with we have been gifted is what directs us toward that worthy goal.

    It gives us courage and commitment.

    It gives us the imagination to apply to solutions.

    It gives us a high enough goal to apply all our resources.

    And then it is worth the effort.

    Investing in ourselves to successfully accomplish a challenging goal is worthy.

    Overcoming challenging circumstances proves to us that our goal has value.

    We are committed to expansion of our skills and of our view.

    We can reach higher as we fulfill the challenges which come to us.

    We lose our fear when we habitually take on new challenges.

    Our skills develop with each new task.

    Once we gain the skills and knowledge we need, we are empowered to do what is required.

    Our world opens up.

    We gain a new viewpoint.

    We are enabled to believe in ourselves as we commit to going the whole distance.

    We gain strength and poise and confidence.

    Then, we can take on the new goal.

  • I am always receptive to good, uplifting ideas.

    Messages and Affirmations 2.10 – I am always receptive to good, uplifting ideas.

    When I listen within, I receive practical, good ideas.

    They uplift me because they are doable.

    Nothing is beyond a tiny step.

    Each one builds on the previous one.

    Good ideas flow to me wherever I am.

    They come to me whenever I pause to reflect.

    In the midst of confusion and chaos, a good idea is always available.

    I can always walk away from a bad situation and make room for a good idea.

    I love learning this.

    Anything which I cannot solve, I can walk away from.

    I may be able to resolve it at another time, but my good, uplifting idea may be to walk away.

    I make room for clarity when I do this.

    In the new space, I receive good, uplifting ideas for my business, my family, my neighborhood.

    I feel directed to certain connections.

    I make meaningful decisions.

    I take effective action.

    I find creative solutions where I was stuck before.

    I move myself into new territory.

    I stand on firm ground.

    I am empowered by the new ideas which have an attracting force.

    Others join me in meaningful ways.

    We act in community with one another.

    We respond to the local needs around us.

    No one is left in isolation.

    Our good, uplifting ideas come from the infinite Universe, which cares for us in practical ways.

     A Year Of Joy #48 – Dance with joy

    Dance your life with joy!

    Your joyous tiny steps lead you into a joyful dance.

    Release your joy through dance.

    As you dance, your joy rises into a spiral above you.

    Let it rise into the atmosphere and trickle down over everyone.

    Let your joy shoot from side to side across the universe embracing everyone it touches.

    Every drop of joy manifests into something greater.

    It attracts other drops of joy and creates a cloud of joyous energy.

    You infuse your joyous dance with love.

    Love cascades around everyone who feels your joy.

    You connect everyone with love who feels your joy.

    Joy attracts its sisters.

    Attitudes are uplifted.

    Decisions are made with clarity.

    People are drawn into the natural generosity of their spirit.

    Reassurance surges despite chaotic situations.

    Peace is established deep within through trust.

    The sisterhood of joyous dance continues as a wave across humanity.

    It activates the sparks of hope into fulfillment.

    It creates commitment to the intangible and manifests it.

    Imagination runs unbridled until it is captured by joy.

    Resources appear right where they are needed.

    Solutions arise through joyous connection.

    Everyone, wherever they are, is included.

    You see the chain of love your dance ignites.

    Dance with joy.
