Healing Messages 1.30 – The Experience of Eternal Life

It is the most wonderful thing to realize the impact of eternal life.

No beginning, no end.

We are aware of a very small portion of life, that which we are experiencing right now.

It is a type of life.

It has ups and downs.

It has kindnesses and cruelties.

This is not part of eternal life.

The quality of Spirit does not change.

The life that is in Spirit is one of infinite expression.

This expression is immediate.

Happiness, love, consideration, kindness, creativity.

In fact, we create our lives from Spirit.

We get to see Spirit  show up in this dimension.

That looks like an”up”.

However, when we are facing a challenge, our solution to it creates an “up”.

Since we are not here just for ourselves, our solutions help other people who are dealing with  challenges.

The eternal part of eternal life means that we can draw on solutions right here, right now.

We may have to convince ourselves of that, as the challenges can be persistent.

However, when we get used to confronting them, we become more convinced of the presence of Spirit.

There is always a solution as we persist through inner listening.

We feel the presence of peace and calm.

We are led to take our many tiny steps.

We arrive at a solution.

We move ourselves into the experience of eternal life as we do this, over and over.

Healing Message 1.29 – Your Criteria

Your criteria is not how you are received by others.

It is how faithful you are to your Highest Guidance.

When you look around  you and see what others have accomplished, do not compare yourself.

When you look around you and see the relationships others have, do not compare yourself.

When you look around  you and see how well-received certain individuals are, do not  compare yourself.

Those are not your criteria.

Those  are not your measurements.

Those are only the ways others are perceived.

How do you perceive your life?

Are you listening within?

Are you taking the tiny steps of guidance which you receive?

Do you have an active listening and action practice?

Then you are doing and accomplishing what is necessary to your well-being and the well-being of others.

You are making your contribution and you are making it from your divine Guidance within.

There are so many inspired examples of those who follow their inward Guidance.

Do look at all the artists, musicians, dancers.

Do look at the businesses which are helping others prosper.

Do look at the healers.

You are moving into your own life of inspiration.

It is not going to look like anyone else’s.

Otherwise what would be the point of spiritual individuality?

Where would the examples of refreshing new ideas appear?

Your criteria is how you act on your ideals.

The Universe is bringing it into manifestation.

Healing Messages 1.28 – Creating a new world

When you listen within and you respond, you are in an act of creation.

Your creativity is inspired by your ability to turn within.

You are adding to the flow of inspiration through your work.

Being dissatisfied and listening within is how you begin.

If you were satisfied, or life was not bad enough, you would not look within.

It is not where most people turn.

When you need something else and it is not available in your surroundings, you finally ask the questions which turn you inward.

And that is where you hear the message.

It is always there.

It is a feeling of calm and peace.

It is remarkable.

Here you have been dissatisfied, confused, upset.

And suddenly, you find a quiet place of reassurance.

How does that happen?

You are tuning into the experience which others before you have had.

They are the ones we follow.

We can not do what they have done, because there is no need.

What is the tiny step we can take toward our own peace?

What is something we have that cannot be taken away?

It is our ability to listen within.

When you create from that place, it cannot be taken away.

It is yours.

You can create a life of substance based solely on your ability to listen within.

Think about it. It is how you create a new world.

Healing Messages 1.26 – The Role vs. The Reality

This is a very spiritual perspective.

Until we find our spiritual identity, we are simply playing various roles – child, parent, student, employee, entrepreneur.

When I review those aspects of my life, I move myself back into the problems I had.

Many of those problems have been resolved, but many have not.

I find that I must keep moving into the exploration of my spiritual identity now.

The Universe will take care of the rest.

I have discovered something that is so beautiful, I simply must devote myself to its exploration.

I have discovered the divine Presence within.

Everything else has dropped away.

I receive beautiful messages of peace, and they push me to take tiny steps on my own behalf in a way I have never experienced before.

I am learning new skills to express those ideas.

I  feel compelled to share them.

They are relieving my long term psychic pain which is also relieving deep physical wounding.

There is no one else who can do this work.

It is work I must do for myself.

I am grateful for all the support that is available, but it is still work I must do for myself.

As I commit to it, I move myself into a deep and peaceful happiness.

I feel better, inside and out.

I simply cannot afford to retreat into my old roles.

I am hanging on very tightly to what I am learning about myself in relationship to the Universe Who Loves Me.

It is transforming me.

I have something of value to share with those who are also recovering from severe trauma.

I am grateful for the many tiny steps which are being revealed to me.

Healing Messages 1.24 – My new position

I have accepted a new position.

It is a self-guided tour to discover my spiritual nature.

It is an unlimited contract.

It involves consistent inner listening.

It is a glorious experience as I am able to understand what is happening.

It is frustrating as I experience the feeling of having never been here before.

I go between the two.

Always, it is my responsibility to release other considerations and to go within.

Everything always gets taken care of when I do this.

My first step of “I love me” has led to this.

I see myself the way the Universe Who Loves Me sees me.

I accept the Guidance of this generous Universe.

I am employed in discovery of my Higher Self.

I am aligned with my Higher Purpose.

I find deep peace, safety, and security in this relationship.

I do not try to figure out how to balance my previous life with my current one.

There is no balance between them.

I give my all to this new discovery of infinite possibilities.

I am in a place of great expectation and peace.

I feel the fulfillment of complete devotion.

I rest in this feeling of perfect Divine companionship.

I feel how I am being shaped for the work which I am being given.

I gain a stronger footing in my new direction.

I am grateful for everything which has brought me to this point.

I am in a new land.

Healing Messages 1.23 – The Thread of Our True Nature

My true nature is a thread, 

a continuous thread

which is never cut off 

from the Universe Who Loves Me.

Neither criticism, condemnation nor judgement,

my own or anyone  else’s,

shall  take away  

from who I really am.

Though I face varied and many

temptations and their challenges,

I can always return to 

who I am

when I listen within.

Beneath all confusions,

chaos, and noise

I find the pure thread

of my true nature.

Healing Messages 1.22 – To uplift or be uplifted

You are making a contribution as you recognize your need to be uplifted.

This connects you with the Source of your upliftment.

A sensation, a moment, a node of communion and communication is opened.

Take a deep breath.

Listen within.

You are creating space for an answer.

Your answer will lead to a tiny step.

Your answer will lead to others being uplifted as you respond to your own need.

You are creating a little more space for freedom.

You are creating a little more space  for calm and for comfort.

Your need is a beacon to those who need your answers.

Heal your resentment, frustration and despair.

Take the tiny steps.

They are powerful.

They are flying in the face of a great weight of negativity.

Your breath, which creates a space, is noticed by the Infinite.

It will send you the Guidance you need for your tiny steps.

Once you feel the presence of your Guidance, you know you have a secure connection.

You can return to feel the comfort and to take the next tiny step.

You are finding your way to healing and upliftment.

You are building a new foundation.

You are creating a door to a new world.

Step through.

Feel the peace your are surrounded with.

This is what you have created from within.
